About Get'm Get'm

Get'm Get'm is a Los Angeles maker of hand-cut and hand-sewn guitar, bass and camera straps, founded in 1996 by Virginia Castro; one retailer listing also names a co-founder, Rania Olayan. It describes itself as a woman-owned small business, with straps made by hand in the USA and a portion of every sale donated to animal rescue groups. It first operated as an apparel brand and launched guitar straps at Winter NAMM in 2006.

The brand is best known for its association with Prince, who wore many Get'm Get'm straps for nearly 17 years, most famously the Dark Leopard and Faux Fur styles. The catalog includes lines such as Boujee Velvet, Platinum Bloom, Mirror Reflective, Diamondback, Aussie Gator, Stardust, Midnight Riot and Optic Noise, along with a Prince Signature Collection and the Indochine Collector's Edition.
