Terms of Use
Effective 15 October 2026
These terms apply to guitarradar.news ("Guitar Radar", "the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who runs the site
Guitar Radar is operated by Mgr. Peter Luha, trading as PL HOME, Gessayova 10, 851 03 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, company ID (IČO) 40230376, registered with the trade licensing office in Bratislava (trade register no. 105-28053), phone +421 908 700 299. Use the contact form for corrections and partnership questions. News and press releases go through the news form.
2. What the site is
Guitar Radar is an independent guitar news publication. Our editorial rules are described on the How Guitar Radar works page. We link our sources and correct mistakes, but we cannot guarantee that every detail, price, date or availability is complete, current and error-free. Verify important details, especially before buying something, with the manufacturer or seller. Nothing on the site is professional, financial or legal advice.
3. Using the content
- The articles, headlines, summaries and design of Guitar Radar belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to and share them, and quote short passages with a clear credit and a link back.
- You may not copy the site in bulk, republish our articles or scrape it systematically without our written permission.
- Product names, logos, photos, videos, music and press materials shown or embedded from other sources remain the property of their owners and are used to report on the subject. If you own something and want it removed or credited differently, please use the contact form.
4. News you send us
When you send news through the form, you confirm that you may share what you submit (text, links, press images) and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You allow us to use, shorten, edit and publish it, together with material from the original sources you point to, in our articles, newsletter and social posts, free of charge. Submitting news is free, does not guarantee publication and cannot buy coverage. We may decline, delay or change it. Please send links to material that is already published rather than files. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.
5. Newsletter
Guitar Week is a free weekly e-mail. You subscribe with your e-mail address and confirm by e-mail, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each issue.
6. Advertising and partnerships
Paid placements, if any, are labelled and never influence what we choose to cover, how we score a story or the facts we report. See the Advertising and Partnerships page.
7. Links and third-party content
The site links to, and embeds content from, other websites and platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Availability and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for loss arising from relying on information on the site. Liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights, is not affected.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Consumer complaints can be addressed to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), and alternative dispute resolution is available through an authorised body.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
