About Polyend
Polyend is a Polish music-technology company based in Olsztyn, registered there in September 2015 by founder and chief executive Piotr Raczyński. Its first product was Perc, a robotic drumming device, and the Perc Pro premiered at Musikmesse in April 2016.
The lineup grew to include the Seq step sequencer, the Medusa hybrid synthesizer built with the Greek maker Dreadbox, the Tracker and Tracker+ standalone hardware trackers, the Play groovebox and Polyend Synth. The Tracker is the product it is best known for and is widely credited as the first standalone hardware tracker.
In recent years it has moved into guitar pedals: Step, Mess and the analog Press compressor arrived in 2024 and 2025, and Endless, announced in January 2026 according to one brand-guide site, loads effects written in C++ through an open SDK or generated from a text description in a beta tool. The Endless details come from a source that is not the company's own. Guitar Radar follows new Polyend pedals.
