Fender has unveiled the next evolution of its American Professional series, updating 10 core electric-guitar and bass models. The range covers Stratocaster, Stratocaster HSS, Telecaster, Hotshot Telecaster, Jazzmaster, Jaguar, Precision Bass, Precision Bass V, Jazz Bass and Jazz Bass V versions. Across the line, Fender is emphasizing V-Mod III pickups, redesigned bridge hardware, ClassicGear Precision potentiometers, push-push tone functions on selected models and rolled fingerboard edges. The American Professional Jazzmaster pairs its V-Mod III pickups with Fender's J-Bridge and Panorama tremolo, while left-handed versions are scheduled for spring 2027.

Why it matters

American Professional is Fender's central US-made production range, so a coordinated 10-model refresh changes a broad part of the company's working-player lineup rather than adding a single cosmetic variant.
