The 11.3kg tilt-back combo pairs 110 watts with a reworked EQ section and Bluetooth, aiming to replace a much bigger rig for gigging bassists.

EBS has introduced the Session 110, a compact tilt-back bass combo shown at Guitar Summit 2026 in Mannheim. The combo runs 110 watts RMS through a 10-inch speaker and tweeter in a rear-ported cabinet, weighing just 11.3kg — light enough to carry in one trip while still aiming for the depth and definition of a much larger rig.

EBS built the Session 110 around a new EQ section with bass and treble controls, an adjustable midrange and a high-Q option for narrower tonal shaping, plus a character filter offering an additional preset tone. Its tilt-back design points the cabinet up toward the player for easier onstage monitoring, a balanced output sends a direct signal to front-of-house or a recording device, and Bluetooth lets bassists play along with backing tracks; a headphone output mutes the main speaker for silent practice.

EBS says the Session 110 isn't available for purchase yet.

Why it matters

It's aimed squarely at gigging bassists who want a genuinely capable, full-range rig without hauling separate cabs and heads — a real alternative to a bigger backline, not just a smaller practice amp.
