The $189 Centavo Mod keeps the original recreation’s circuit and bass-extension switch while moving to a slimmer case with top-mounted jacks.

Warm Audio has introduced the Centavo Mod, a compact version of its Centavo overdrive. The company says the signal path and component choices remain unchanged, so the familiar range from clean boost through clipped overdrive carries into a smaller enclosure with top-mounted connections.
The rear-panel MOD switch also remains, extending low-end response when more weight is wanted from the lower strings. At $189, the new model costs the same as the standard Centavo while addressing the older pedal’s board-space penalty.

Why it matters
The change is practical rather than cosmetic: it makes Warm Audio’s Klon-style circuit easier to fit into dense working pedalboards without stripping out the original controls.
