Fender launched a redesigned Fender.com on October 5, repositioning the site from a conventional online shop into a broader product, content and services platform. The rollout brings artist stories, product education, comparison tools, registration and Fender Play into one connected experience.
The most notable addition is Ask Fender, an AI-powered guide that initially serves US visitors with gear recommendations based on playing style and experience. Fender says direct instrument and amplifier sound demonstrations will follow later in October, giving players another way to compare products before visiting a dealer or buying online.
Why it matters
This is a major guitar brand turning its public storefront into a guided digital product-discovery system. Ask Fender and integrated sound demos could change how new players narrow down instruments and amps before a hands-on trial.
