HeadRush's new FRFR CAB 8 and 12 are built to disappear behind a modeler
Two closed-back full-range cabinets, 480 and 750 watts peak, with Bluetooth and a Baxandall EQ, priced at $399 and $499.

HeadRush has launched a pair of powered full-range, flat-response cabinets for players running amp modelers, profiles and captures. The FRFR-8 CAB uses an eight-inch woofer with a one-inch compression driver and peaks at 480 watts, while the FRFR-12 CAB steps up to a twelve-inch driver and 750 watts peak.
Both share a 90-degree conical horn for wider dispersion, a three-band Baxandall EQ with a variable high-cut, an XLR/TRS combo input, an XLR line out, Bluetooth 5.3 and a built-in kickstand in a closed-back wooden box. The pitch, in HeadRush's words, is a cabinet that gets out of the way and lets the modeled tone through without adding its own colour.
The FRFR-8 is $399 and the FRFR-12 is $499.
Why it matters
As more players move to modelers and profilers, the weak link is often the speaker they run into; affordable, genuinely flat cabinets from a modeling-focused brand address exactly that gap.
