Artur Menezes will release his new album Microwaved Dreams on November 20, 2026. The nine-track set is an independent, do-it-yourself production that places the Brazilian guitarist alongside three distinct guests: Eric Gales appears on “Over My Head,” Ariel Posen joins “Fake Reality,” and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram contributes to “Moving On.” A verified Spotify player for the lead single “Once Again” is already live.

The record is presented as a blues-rooted project that pushes into heavier riffs, psychedelia and funk while retaining elements of Menezes’s northeastern Brazilian background. It was produced by Pops Magellan with Menezes and Randy Emata. The guest list is less a single marquee pairing than a map of the album’s range, from Gales’s high-energy blues-rock vocabulary to Posen’s slide-informed phrasing and Ingram’s modern electric-blues attack.

Menezes’s announcement follows his 2026 Unsigned Only Artist of the Year win for “Once Again,” but Microwaved Dreams is the larger statement: a full independent album designed to turn that recognition into a sustained body of work. Rock and Blues Muse and Blues Rock Review both detail the November release and collaborations, while the artist’s own release landing page supplies the direct destination for listening and pre-save activity.
