Five guitar body shapes designed by Dimebag Darrell have remained unseen, according to his longtime partner and estate trustee Rita Haney. In a new Guitar World interview, Haney says she is preparing to show the drawings to builder Dean Zelinsky, who collaborated with Dimebag on earlier instruments.
The designs are not announced production models yet, so this is a legacy-and-development story rather than a product launch. Still, Dime Guitarz has already brought the Culprit into its range, and Haney says she wants the brand to carry Dimebag's pointy-guitar ideas forward. Any move from the archive to prototypes would add a new chapter to a design history better known for the Razorback and Stealth.
Why it matters
The claim opens a credible path to previously unknown Dimebag designs becoming real instruments, but the project remains prospective and warrants editorial caution.
