Justifications announced on September 12 that their debut single, ‘Urge To Kill’, will be released on September 18 after an advance premiere on Matt Heafy’s SiriusXM show. The new metallic-hardcore band brings together The Red Chord vocalist Guy Kozowyk and former Red Chord guitarist and co-founder Kevin Rampelberg.
The group is also working on a debut EP and has its first live dates scheduled for later in September. That makes the single more than an isolated track: it is the opening move for a new project involving musicians with an established heavy-guitar history.
