Robin Finck will open an official Reverb shop on November 11 with more than 200 instruments and pieces of equipment from his career with Nine Inch Nails, Guns N’ Roses and other projects. Reverb announced the sale on November 4, framing it as a working collection rather than a display of untouched memorabilia: Finck says the pieces were genuinely played and that many are being sold because he accumulated duplicate examples over the years.

The headline item is “Old Gold,” a Gibson Les Paul ’60 Reissue Goldtop used from Finck’s earliest Nine Inch Nails period, including Woodstock ’94 and the Self Destruct tour. It appeared in the “March of the Pigs” video and remained in use on every NIN tour through 2014. The shop will also include the first Les Paul Finck bought, a 1990 Gibson Les Paul Custom in Translucent White that was his only guitar when he joined NIN and has remained in his orbit for more than 35 years.

Other documented pieces include a Fender Custom Shop Nocaster used as a principal Tele-style guitar from the 2013 Tension tour through 2018, a Gibson ES-335 that travelled with both Guns N’ Roses and Nine Inch Nails, and a one-of-one Manson MA-RF-01 built to Finck’s specifications. A Gibson ’57 Les Paul Goldtop Reissue in the sale was used on live versions of “March of the Pigs” and in the studio during the long making of Guns N’ Roses’ Chinese Democracy.

For players and collectors, the value lies in the unusually specific performance histories attached to the instruments. The sale crosses studio, video and touring use, and it documents how Finck moved among Les Paul, ES-335, Telecaster and custom-platform roles across two major bands. Reverb has not published all individual listing prices in the preview, so the November 11 launch will determine which pieces are accessible player tools and which are priced primarily as career artifacts.
