Electro-Harmonix gives Adrian Belew his own limited-edition Echoflanger
The $239 all-analog signature pedal expands the cult EHX modulator with Belew-specific combination modes, stereo outputs and deeper control over its modulation.

Electro-Harmonix has launched the Adrian Belew Echoflanger, a limited-edition signature version of the modulation pedal that has followed Belew through some of his most recognizable guitar work. The all-analog unit keeps Filter Matrix, Flange, Chorus and Slap Back modes while adding Slap Back + Filter Matrix and a Chorus + Flange setting based on Belew's own in-between sound.
The control set goes beyond a simple reissue: Volume, Rate and Width are joined by Tune and Feedback, while a Blend switch can remove the dry signal for more extreme vibrato-like textures. Stereo outputs, relay true bypass and an included 9V supply round out the design. Premier Guitar lists a U.S. street price of $239.

Why it matters
Belew's use of modulation is part of his musical identity, so this is more than a celebrity graphic on an existing pedal. EHX has turned a historically idiosyncratic setup into a reproducible production model with useful new control.
